As the author states, we are all post-matrix people who do not have just one “Self”. We have many “Selves”. In everyday life, we suppress most of our “Selves”, which means that we do not represent ourselves in some particular form, e.g. text, language or art objects. Our “self” emerges from different ways of thinking, such as philosophical, aesthetic, economic, or others. With the advent of artificial intelligence, the possibilities of expressing our “Selves” are expanding. We can consciously find our different “Selves” within ourselves and express them in a chosen style of art, e.g. painting. Now the artist is no longer limited to one style, for example only abstract expressionism. Therefore, he can change his personality as a creator every hour, every day, every week and choose different styles of visual art such as painting.
In this book, you will find paintings created by 10 “Selves”. All “Selves” are separate from each other, but at the same time, they communicate with each other. This corresponds to the philosophical concept of the post-matrix person (read more: “The Post-Matrix Person and His Ways of Thinking. Practical Philosophy”). Each author (“self”) has his own biography describing his creative directions and horizons. Now I would like to explain the concept of the post-matrix person and its relation to the interpersonal art style a little more.
